Glucopal is a health app designed for young adults with diabetes who are transitioning to independent health management. Recognizing the difficulties with new diagnosis, the design prioritizes accessibility, ensuring an intuitive and user-friendly experience. The objective is to empower users to confidently manage their health and well-being. To achieve this, the app features medication and appointment reminders, as well as health activity tracking, all crafted to support users in taking control of their health with ease and confidence.
