Canada’s Best Managed Companies is a highly regarded, prestigious corporate recognition program. An awards ceremony is hosted annually, and after two years of planning virtual ceremonies, the program was back in full force in 2022 with five gala events across the country on the same day. The objective was to create a fun and vibrant identity system that embraced the return to in-person celebration and was inspired by the event theme, Best Managed Live! The studio created and executed a visual identity that brought this to life, inspired by late-night television and Broadway, evocative of the experience of live entertainment. Feedback from the client and attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with recognition that the fun and vibrant identity brought a sense of joy, excitement and prestige to the event, and it set the tone as a celebration to remember. Turnout was overwhelmingly strong, with nearly 1000 guests in attendance at the five different locations.
