Attaching ourselves to work is something we do, but it's often not discussed. We enjoy work immensely when it is going well and hate it when it isn't. It's a never-ending roller-coaster. In this talk, Pavi shares her own roller-coaster ride to remind us we're not traveling alone on the journey that is our careers. And she offers pointers along the way for how best to experience and succeed at it.

Pavi Logeswaran

Pavi is a product designer, Indian classical dancer, and fitness enthusiast. She currently works at Shopify based in Toronto, Ontario. She's previously done design work for companies including Capital One, Kaur Space and is now working on a social impact side project. She graduated with a Bachelor's in Biochemistry from the University of Guelph. After failing to become the next Einstein, she bid farewell to put on her designer genes and pursue a new avenue. Early this year, she was inches away from a design career in the US and had a fortunate mixup at the border, which led her to Shopify. Pavi's also an aspiring illustrator and an avid design method experimenter.
