Does it matter if we have diversity in our design teams? Some would say that as designers, the team dynamic should not matter as the creative solution is the most important goal. We live in a global society so shouldn't our creative teams reflect that? Not in a way that fills numbers or quotas but to achieve genuine input from different viewpoints. How do we challenge ourselves and not take the easy route?
