Non-profit + in-house + low budget = creativity

Julia Hoffman

About this video

Description

A great in-house design team knows and cares about the brand and works day in and day out to sustain it. Everyone is part of the process and, as a result, everyone must take the bigger picture into consideration. You are your own client managing your one brand with short timelines and limited budgets. Julia explains how her nimble team of creatives at The Museum of Modern Art nurtures the strong MoMA brand while managing over 1000 projects a year.
