About this video

Description

On November 1st, 2020, Forest Young became Chief Creative Officer for global brand agency Wolff Olins. Join Mooren Bofill RGD, Partner at 123w, in a conversation with Forest about his new role and the ways in which our industry can thrive in these challenging times. She’ll ask him what it means to be a BIPOC global leader, in an industry criticized for its lack of diversity, and the ways our industry can foster community and connection with underrepresented creatives.

Forest is a designer and educator. At Wolff Olins he leads design initiatives for the world’s most influential companies. Forest is also a critic in graphic design at the Yale School of Art. Prior to joining Wolff Olins, he was the Executive Creative Director at West, leading design across a portfolio of early-stage companies alongside Allison Johnson. He recently served on the Board of Directors for AIGA NY and is currently teaching one of CCA's inaugural courses — Future Design. His work has been exhibited at MoMA, the Royal Ontario Museum and at numerous international biennials.
