About Tony Brinton

Tony is an artist, designer and writer with 18 years of user experience design, strategic brand marketing, creative advertising and design management experience. As the Experience Design Director at Motivate Design, Tony works hands-on with Motivate’s clients and their customers to create innovative design solutions that span a wide range of channels and touch points. Tony has a creative, yet business-minded approach to problem solving and he believes that a successful user experience is achieved by gracefully bridging business goals and user needs.

Prior to joining the Motivate Design team, Tony has held director-level positions at a variety of design, consulting and marketing agencies across the U.S. Tony is currently teaching a senior-level thesis course on Disruptive Design principles and methodologies at Parsons the New School for Design.

 

About Julia Sloan

Julia is a Senior Experience Designer at Motivate Design. She joined the team in 2011, after completing her education at Parsons the New School for Design. She earned a BBA in Design and Management, an innovative program focused on the entrepreneurial and strategic aspects of design. Her multidisciplinary education taught her how design is an integral part of a successful business and how to incorporate smart design principles into everyday experiences. Julia’s core belief is that design is a means to solving problems. Julia has a natural understanding and talent for creating beautiful, clean and usable designs. As a recent graduate, she is also very current on what the new graduating generation wants, expects, and needs from experiences.
