About this video
Description
Creativity thrives on energy, but many of us know the weight of burnout—fatigue, repetition and the feeling of being stuck. In this webinar, Meghana explores what she calls Creative Rejuvenation: the practice of resting, resetting and reigniting inspiration. Drawing on her experiences across agency life, freelancing and personal creative work, she will share how intentional rest—mental, sensory and emotional—can restore imagination and bring fresh perspective.
Meghana will guide participants through practical ways to spark new energy, from diversifying inspiration sources to cultivating creative hobbies beyond design. She will also highlight the role of community and collaboration as catalysts for renewal, showing how conversations and exchanges can spark unexpected ideas. Alongside reflective insights, Meghana will introduce simple tools and exercises designed to help break through creative blocks and approach challenges with curiosity and confidence. Attendees will leave with strategies to nurture creativity while sustaining balance and joy in their practice.
