Virtual Wednesday November 27 @ 5 pm ETFirm Owners who are Members of the RGD are invited to the November meeting of the Firm Owners Virtual Community. This group of about 50 Members has an active Slack Channel within the RGD Slack Community and monthly meetings where the group shares knowledge and discusses their challenges.
In the first half-hour of this meeting, Simon Byun, Actuary and Senior Associate at CAAT, will present the CAAT Pension Plan and its benefits for firm owners, including the following points:
- Overview of the CAAT pension plan and our pension offering DBplus
- Benefits of DBplus in comparison to other retirement plans, like Group RRSPs and Defined Contribution Pension Plans
- The mechanics of how DBplus works, including its valuable features and flexible terms/options
- A Q&A session to address any specific questions or concerns from the Firm Owners Group
In the second half-hour of the meeting, the group will have a general discussion on the issues facing Members in the group.
