In this article, we explore five standout features of Creative Cloud: Adobe Stock, Adobe Fonts, Discover, Behance and Files. Each feature offers unique benefits that can significantly impact the creative process.
Adobe Stock
Adobe Stock is an extensive service that provides designers and businesses with access to millions of high-quality curated and royalty-free photos, videos, illustrations, vector graphics, 3D assets and templates. With Adobe Stock, you can easily find assets for any creative project.
Adobe Stock offers a free version with a vast library of assets you can use wherever you want. By choosing the free tab, you gain access to a wealth of resources including images, videos, vectors and more without any cost.
A premium version includes high-quality images unavailable in the free version. These assets can be licensed individually or through a multi-asset subscription, providing greater choice for your projects. The Adobe Stock subscription is separate from the Adobe Creative Cloud subscription plan.
Adobe Fonts
Adobe Fonts simplifies the process of selecting and using typefaces, with thousands available. Several tools and resources can also help you find the perfect font for any occasion.
The revamped sidebar features a menu with over 25 language support options, allowing you to filter fonts based on language.
The Home tab showcases trending fonts within the Creative Cloud community, providing inspiration and new ideas. The recommendations tab suggests fonts similar to your current selections and offers pairing suggestions for complementary typefaces. Additionally, there is an option to explore handpicked foundry partners chosen by the Adobe Fonts team, providing an alternative way to explore the library.
Adobe Fonts can be used for both personal and commercial projects, including client work. This includes creating digital designs, print work and generating files such as PDFs, EPS files or bitmapped files like JPEGs or PNGs.
Discover
This feature is a treasure trove of resources designed to enhance your skills and offer inspiration.
Discover offers a variety of tutorials and lessons tailored to different skill levels and specific Adobe programs to help you learn new techniques and improve proficiency.
Explore projects created by other artists and designers and featured on Behance. The Discover section, provides an easy way to find inspiration all in one place.
The Discover feature starts with a useful question, "What do you want to do first?" This offers personalized content that is tailored to your needs, providing relevant resources to help you achieve your creative goals.
Behance
Behance is a popular platform for graphic designers and digital artists to showcase their work, find inspiration and connect with the creative community. It is now integrated with the Adobe Creative Cloud.
You can explore portfolios, participate in live streams and even discover job opportunities.
Creatives can sell digital assets directly to Behance's community of over 40 million members. You can set your own price for each asset, offer files for free or subscribers only and choose the type of license you want to offer.
This feature allows you to build a personal website in minutes, showcasing your work to the world.
Behance Pro offers premium features such as advanced project settings, password-protected projects, link-only sharing and the ability to schedule projects over time. While it is not included in the Creative Cloud All Apps plan, it can be purchased separately to access these enhanced features.
Files
The Files feature in Adobe Creative Cloud offers a centralized place to store, organize and share your files.
Adobe Creative Cloud includes storage that syncs with your computer, ensuring your files are always accessible and up-to-date.
You can easily collaborate by sharing files and receiving feedback. This feature lets you keep all your files in one place, eliminating the need for external hard drives and making project management more efficient.
