We are looking for a creative to join the Dream Team at Bia! You will lead the development of our assets, with the support of a team of contractors that specialize in 3D renders, video, and content.
You will get to build something truly beautiful at Bìa with a huge amount of creative freedom. We are looking for someone who will embrace the difficult journey of building from the ground up but loves the challenge. You will truly be able to put your name on something that is admired around the world, all while helping people live happier, healthier lives.
Join us as the Lead Creative and embark on a heroic mission to revolutionize sleep with the Bía Smart Sleep Mask. Your mission will be creating, managing, and fine-tuning our creative assets which result in deep connections with current and future customers.
Expectations
- Create ads that are eye-popping, conversion focused, and result in higher marketing efficiency.
- Create lead magnets (Quizzes, Blogs, Whitepapers, etc) that lead to increased mailing list size
- Create conversion-focused content that drives sales including images and copywriting that leads to top-of-industry conversion rates
- Oversee the creation of assets to meet brand, business, and department objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's (or higher, e.g., MS, or PhD) degree in Art, Design, or related design field, or equivalent technical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative production role for consumer products, with a preference for regulated environments such as healthcare, supplements, and wearables.
- Experience creating, managing, and executing creative campaigns.
- Experience designing assets that have resulted in increased marketing efficiency.
- Experience writing conversion-optimized copy. This could be email campaigns, advertisements, scripts, etc.
- Experience writing to a specific brand voice. This could be ghostwriting, writing for an app, or corporate communications.
- Experience briefing and managing the creation of digital experiences such as websites and apps
- Experience briefing and managing the creation of physical experiences such as tradeshows
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and Canva
- Experience contributing to go-to-market strategies
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work with and brief external vendors, make design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong biohacking background and engagement with the biohacking community.
Salary range
$90k - $120k CAD
