Senior Designer

sagecomm - London, ON

  • Full Time
  • Intermediate/Senior
  • Hybrid

General description

You’re equal parts strategic and creative.
You love design, but you also love what design makes possible.
You’re energized by the challenge of turning research or positioning into creative concepts, visual ideas that not only communicate clearly and look beautiful and visually compelling, but are impactful and results-driven.
You see design as both craft and problem solving. You notice what others don’t, and you care deeply about how something looks, feels and communicates. You have enough experience to know that great design rarely happens in a vacuum; it thrives at the intersection of research, strategy, and execution.

You’re empathetic, curious, collaborative and inspired by the work. You thrive when you can ground your design decisions in insight, and you’re just as comfortable generating concepts as you are refining someone else’s. You are open to feedback and can find a path forward in ambiguity. You can speak to your work with confidence, and design from a place of purpose.

You’ve been doing this for a while and have a strong track record in visual brand design, digital and print design, and packaging and signage - and you have an impressive portfolio to back it up.

Sound like you? Then we want to talk to you.

The Role
