Project Description

The Yield Package set out to turn an acceptance into something more—transforming a simple offer of admission into a moment students would remember. The objective was to increase acceptance rates by making every admitted student feel celebrated, supported and confident in choosing the University of Alberta. Built around excitement and ease, the package combined bold, attention-grabbing design with clear, useful content.

A vibrant and personalized outer envelope created an immediate sense of occasion, while inside, a concise handbill, campus map and event magnet reassured students through their next steps. A sticker sheet added even more personality, allowing students to already share their connection to the U of A. The package was a moment, creating a meaningful first physical touchpoint between students and the university. By balancing celebration with clarity, students said they felt both excited and prepared—reinforcing their decision to move from offer to enrolment.
