Voilà Grocery Delivery Service

Four iconic Canadian grocery banners, one seamless delivery platform. Voilà had awareness but lacked understanding, so the e-commerce in-house creative team set out to close that gap by borrowing from the brand affinity Canadians already had for Sobeys, Farm Boy, Longo’s and IGA. Working in tandem with marketing teams across all four banners, they built a magical digital world from scratch, giving each brand a character vivid enough to feel unmistakably its own while weaving them together into one Voilà universe.
United by a reimagined delivery van that magically connects their worlds, the campaign was led in-house and brought to life with Sid Lee and SHED MTL across TV/OLV, OOH, digital, social and a fully localized Quebec IGA execution. The result was measurable lifts in brand awareness and recall across both Ontario and Quebec, plus giving Voilà a world as iconic as the brands it carries.
